Scheopner's Culligan has been servicing the Goodland, Northwest Kansas, and Eastern Colorado area for over fifty years. Richard Scheopner, the president of Scheopner's Water Conditioning, is the son of Clarence Scheopner who started the Goodland company in 1948.
